Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of subscriptions and services made through Bleezur.ai (the “Services”) by Mitram Inc. (“Mitram”, “we”, or “us”). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms of this policy.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides customer service inquiries and handles returns.
1. Refund period
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your order date.
2. How to request a refund
To request a refund, please visit paddle.net and use Paddle’s refund request flow, or contact our support team at bizdev@bleezur.com. Please include your order reference or the email address used at checkout so we can locate your purchase.
3. Eligibility
Refunds are available for purchases made directly through Bleezur.ai and processed by Paddle. To qualify, the refund request must be submitted within 14 days of the original order date. Refunds are issued for the original purchase price and do not cover any third-party fees or currency conversion charges that may have been applied by your payment provider.
4. Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and typically take 5 to 10 business days.
5. Subscription cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or Paddle’s customer portal. Canceling a subscription stops future billing. Refunds for past payments are handled in accordance with this 14-day refund policy.
