Terms of Service

Effective as of Nov 1, 2025.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Mitram Inc. (“Mitram”, “we”, “us”) and govern your access to and use of our site www.Bleezur.com (the “site”), our mobile applications, and the services available through them (the “Services”). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

1. The Services

Mitram provides an AI-powered platform (marketed as “Bleezur”) that enables users to access certain software features and tools as described on the site. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Mitram grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Services during your subscription term for your internal business or personal purposes.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at bizdev@bleezur.com if you suspect any unauthorized use.

3. Payments, Subscriptions, and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, currency conversion, tax collection, invoicing, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Paddle in accordance with Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select. Subscriptions automatically renew for successive periods of the same length at the then-current price unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, text, graphics, logos, and other content (excluding your content), and all intellectual property rights therein, are and remain the exclusive property of Mitram and its licensors. No rights are granted to you other than the limited use rights expressly stated in these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of any part of the Services, except to the extent applicable law prohibits such restriction.

You retain ownership of the content and data you submit to the Services (“Your Content”). You grant Mitram a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely as necessary to provide the Services to you.

5. Service Availability; Warranty Disclaimer

We strive to keep the Services available and performing well, but we do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Services will meet your requirements.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mitram and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms will not exceed the fees paid by you for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mitram from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to (a) Your Content, (b) your use of the Services in violation of these Terms or applicable law, or (c) your violation of any third-party right.

8. Acceptable Use

a. You must use the Services for lawful purposes only. You must not:

  • Interfere or attempt to interfere in any manner with the functionality or proper working of the Services.
  • Breach or otherwise bypass any security or authentication measures of the Services.
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious or destructive code into the Services.
  • Distribute content that harms or interferes with the operation of any Mitram or third-party networks, servers, or other infrastructure.
  • Use any robot, spider, data scraping or extraction tool, or similar mechanism in the Services.
  • Use the Services for phishing scams.
  • Access or use portions of the Services that Mitram has not authorized you to access or use.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the underlying source code or structure of the Services.

b. You also agree that you will not use the Services to:

  • Commit or encourage fraudulent or illegal activities in violation of any applicable laws, rules, or regulations.
  • Use, store, share, host, copy, distribute, display, publish, transmit, or send objectionable content, including content that is offensive, inflammatory, hateful, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, abusive, invasive of privacy, or harmful to others.
  • Distribute unwanted, unsolicited, or harassing mass email or transmit unwanted promotional or commercial content (spam).
  • Infringe or misappropriate any Mitram or third-party copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property or proprietary right.
  • Mislead or confuse others by alleging to be someone else or alleging to represent an organization you do not represent.
  • Distribute others’ personal or confidential information without their permission.

9. Children

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least thirteen years old. The Services are not intended for use by individuals under the age of thirteen.

10. Restricted Countries

You are prohibited from using the Services (a) in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country; or (b) if you are listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

11. Reporting Abuse

If you encounter content that you believe violates these Terms, please report it to us at bizdev@bleezur.com. Mitram reserves the right, but does not assume the obligation, to investigate any violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, terminate, or otherwise restrict your access to the Services, with or without notice, if (a) you materially breach these Terms, (b) your account is delinquent or your payment fails, (c) we reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity, or (d) we are required to do so by law. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately; sections that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on the site and update the effective date above. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
